Hazardous energy sources include mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, chemical, electrical, thermal, potential, and other sources. The course covers the importance of LO/TO, the different types of energy, and how to apply lockout or tagout procedures to prevent unexpected startup or release of energy.
