Course Dsecription:

This course is designed to provide delegates that need to enter confined spaces and hazardous areas with an in-depth understanding of the requirements of the law, associated legislation, safe systems of work, and risk assessments. This course includes competent use of appropriate confined space equipment and practical assessments for safe working practices in confined spaces & hazardous areas.

Participants will be taught the definition and classes of confined spaces, the hazards of a permit-required confined space, how to calibrate and use atmospheric testing equipment, and entry equipment, and what procedures to follow during pre-entry, entry, and rescue operations.
